HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

1. Register return

Click on the button below with 'register return'. Do this within 45 days after you received your order. Indicate the reason for your return or exchange. Please note: always fill in the order number in the return portal in full to prevent errors.

2. Packing

Place the products you want to exchange or return in the original box or another sturdy box. Stick the return label you received on the package. Don't forget to remove your old label.

NB: Make sure you always include the packing slip or other form with your name and/or order number in the box!

3. Send your package

Make sure you take your package to a Service Point within 14 days of registering your return.

4. Exchange or refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will ensure that your exchange or refund is processed.

5. Goodies

If one or more products are returned and your order value is below €100, the goodies must be returned. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. Do you opt for an exchange shipment? Then you do not have to return the goodies.

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if I can't print my return label?

- If you don't have a printer yourself, you can choose to return your package with DHL. You don't need a printer in this case!

  • Are there any products that cannot be returned?

- Yes, hygiene products cannot be returned. 

  • What if I don't collect my parcel from a service point?

- If a package is refused or not collected at a Pakjegemak point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus €6.95 return costs (€9.99 return costs in Belgium).

  • What are the conditions for exchanging or returning?

- Register your return within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or return.
- The products are in their original and unused condition, returned in their original packaging and the label is still attached to the product.
- The goodies must be returned pro rata when you return products. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. For an exchange shipment, you do not have to return a goodie.

  • What are the costs for an exchange or return?

- The costs for a return shipment in the Netherlands are €6.95. The costs for a return shipment from Belgium are €7.95.
- As a compensation, you will receive a 15% discount code for your next order after your return has been processed.
- No return costs will be charged for the following exceptions*:

You have received a different product than you ordered

The product you ordered was received broken
